Hi!

My name is Efe. For nearly 24 years, I have worked in the banking industry. My career began in audit, where I spent 15 years developing a strong foundation in banking processes. For the past 9 years, I have specialized in Compliance and AML/CFT, currently working within the Compliance Division of a Dutch bank. My role involves ensuring adherence to EU regulations, particularly those related to AML, CFT, financial crimes, and sanctions compliance.

Throughout my banking career, I have maintained a strong interest in programming. While in audit, I developed two applications to enhance efficiency: "Audit Express," which automated tasks and facilitated knowledge sharing, and "Audit Planner," which assisted in planning audit cycles for over 1000 branches. Both of these programs were widely used by the audit team at my previous bank.

With the advancement of AI, my focus has shifted to developing AI-powered applications. These applications utilize major AI providers such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek. I am particularly interested in creating tools for banking and finance professionals, specifically in Compliance, AML/CFT, Sanctions Compliance, and Audit. Additionally, I develop productivity tools that can be utilized across various industries.
